Terms of Service

FLIPpages is a subscription purchase. Recurring subscriptions are pre-paid and will automatically renew (monthly or annually) until you cancel. If your subscription includes a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your FLIPpages portal and published documents until the subscription term ends, however your subscription will no longer automatically renew. Your documents will be kept for 30 days beyond the subscription term ending so will still be available only if you re-activate your subscription within that time frame.

When sharing content on FLIPpages you agree to:

• Only share content which you own and/or have the right to share
• Not engage in any copyright or other intellectual property infringement
• Not disclose any trade secret or confidential information in violation of a confidentiality, or nondisclosure agreement

You WILL NOT use FLIPpages to:

• Share content that is unlawful, harassing, harmful, tortious, libelous, abusive, obscene, vulgar, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise objectionable.
• Promote or glorify self-injury, self-harm, or drug abuse.
• Support or praise terrorism, organized crime, or other criminal activities.
• Offer sexual services
• Share material that contains or glorifies graphic violence.
